First off, the war is over. We WON!!! When Bush landed on the carrier and said major combat operations were over it meant victory. Our Armed Forces done a great job in toppling Saddam's government. Now we are an occupying force and I don't support that. We need to get out and let the Iraqi's rebuild their own country.

Since 2000, consider what the Bush administration, in collusion with the most evil, corrupt, incompetent U.S. Congress in history, has done:
1. Illegally and unconstitutionally invaded another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked or attacked the U.S., all because George Bush wanted to 'finish' what his daddy started during Desert Storm, and because LimpDick Cheney wants all that OIL swimming underneath Iraq's sands so he and his Exxon-Mobil buddies can get richer and richer and richer;
2. Massacred tens of thousands of Iraqi citizens for no justifiable reason;
3. Initiated failed economic policies that have put American taxpayers TRILLIONS of dollars in debt to finance his obscene "wars", and that will certainly result in a major economic depression shortly after Bush leaves office;
4. Dismantled environmental axioms designed to protect and preserve the delicate ecological balance between man, plants, and all other animals so that the Earth can survive as Nature intended;
5. Lied to the American people and leaked information to the press when it conveniently fit his agenda, then tried to censure the NY Times when it published something Bush wanted to keep secret;
6. Turned America into a police state where citizens are presumed guilty until proven innocent;
7. Tortured 'detainees' without regard to the rules of the Geneva Convention, then turned the other way when those 'prisoners' were physically, emotionally, psychologically, verbally and sexually abused;
8. Neglected America's poor, disadvantaged, underprivileged, homeless, sick, aged, disabled, and hungry while playing "Robin Hood in Reverse", stealing from the poor and giving to the rich, who - in turn - make generous (if not illegal) campaign contributions to keep the GOP in power;
9. Run ripshod over the Constitution in favor of his own version of law and order;
10. Killed at least 2,500 U.S. soldiers (so far).

Prediction: There will be NO TROOP WITHDRAWALS from Iraq until Cheney has a rock-solid, iron-clad arrangement in place to take all of Iraq's OIL (in full cooperation with the new 'democratic' Iraqi government, which he helped install).
Prediction: We will seek diplomatic methods of dealing with North Korea, but will find a reason to invade Iran. Why? Simple! North Korea has no OIL and Iran does!
The "war" is a sham that makes a handful of Bush supporters wealthy, and murders thousands of human beings (and, yes, even Iraqis are human beings). Bush is not only NOT doing a "good" job; he will go down in history as the WORST president (to date). Only Hillary Clinton might be WORSE than Bush.

(1) The "war on terror" is as substantial as the "war on drugs" ... it doesn't really exist except as an excuse to violate basic human rights and kill large numbers of innocent civilians in an effort to punish the guilty parties.
(2) The war in Iraq was one of the worst political moves ever made ... in taking out Saddam Hussein we have left a vacuum in the region that will likely be controlled by Iranian interests. Even if the Iraqis were prepared to take over on their own at this moment, they would need to staff over 150,000 technologically well-armed and trained soldiers simply to keep the peace at its current level after our departure. We may be able to deficit spend in order to pay the price of such a force, for a time, but Iraq is not economically capable.
(3) George Bush will be known as one of the biggest presidential failures of all time. His decisions, despite heavy objection by the people of the United States, have fueled the problems behind terrorism.
(4) The war in Israel may be one of the defining moments of the 21st century. The U.S. needs to join Russia in condemning Israel's heavy use of force in both Lebanon and Gaza, but as now we only offer an uneven condemnation towards Israel's foes. You DO NOT punish large civilian populations for the actions of a few ... that is not a solution, but rather part of the problem.

I am not for any war but under the circumstance we have to defend our country. Bush is just doing what he needed to do....even if the country does not agree. I agree with him on alot of things but he has made some out of characteristic decisions lately......liberals getting to him, I guess. What about the mess Clinton and Carter got us into? Wheres all the hype about that? Alot of people need to grow up.....get a life.
