But not those who do other adult things?
I say if someone is tried as an adult for murder, and is found innocent, then they should automaticly get all the other rights of any other adult.

I don't think so. If they were tried for murder, convicted, sentenced, and later found to be innocent then they should definately receive some kind of compensation, though.

i do not know quite how to say this... but i think some kids that are charged with serious crimes as a teenager never really knew what they were getting into.. my son who was 17 and 3 other boys went to this house to joy - ride a car.. transam...well while they were there a boy who dated the girl that lived there knew where guns and things were... so they broke into the house and the one boy went and got the guns.. and they were getting ready to leave when a lady who was staying with the people who lived there pulled up and the boy that dated the girl that lived there did not want anyone to know what he was doing.. so he shot her.... and behind her comes a man in another vehicle that was coming to watch movies with this woman...the people that owned the residence was suppose to be out of town.. well this one boy shot both people and admitted to it.. and the other 3 boys including my son got 30 years for 2nd degree murder.. they never pulled the trigger... but anyway he is still in there and that has been 13 years ago...my son had never been in trouble before... but just cause this one boy went nuts 3 other boys lives were ruined besides their families and the families of the ones this one boy killed.. i can make no excuse for this action... but i think they should of dealt with the boys that did not pull the trigger a different way especially when they were so young.. i have not heard from my son in almost 2 years.. i call and the caseworker at the prison will not tell me anything...i do not drive and can not get down there.. i do not even know if i can visit him.. but what i am trying to say... these boys lives are ruined so young.. and some other sentence besides 30 years.. the boy that did the shooting got 2 lifes with no chance of parole... it has hurt me so much and i have never been the same since...other people who really indeed plan to kill people get off with less sentence than these teenage boys got.. i hope you understand all i am trying to say here.....

I say that if someone is tried as an adult for murder and is found innocent, then they were in some seriously messed up stuff, and should probably avoid trouble as much as possible.

If a minor commints a crime bad enough to be tried as an adult, they are not an adult. They should never get their rights back.
