erectile dysfunction is the term described for ur condition. It occurs mostly in old people and can be because of various reasons although mostly secondary to drugs, medical disease like diabetes and high blood pressure and neurological diseases. It can also be due to hormonal dysfunctions or depression. Prostate cancer in old men can also lead to it as do some pelvic surgeries.
In young men it is mostly psychological.
I dont know what age u r and what problems u have.
But all i can say is that in most cases it is possible to overcome it if the cause is reversible and there are some medications that can help but u needa doctor to consult for that

There are two possibilities. It's a physical problem or a mental problem. Are you with one partner? Do you feel comfortable with her and attracted to her?
That aside, if it's physical you may just want to consult with your doctor. You may find that after a few times you use a pharmaceutical aid, you may have your confidence back and that solves the problem.
BUT YOU HAVE NOTHING TO LOSE BY TALKING TO YOUR DOCTOR!

I think that happens to all men at certain points in their lives. Just ask a doctor's opinion. You'll get a legitimate answer with NO jokes.
Take care.

Maybe if you were with a somebody whom you cared about it would be easier. You talk like its just "some girl." Hard to stay hard for that.

You're putting too much pressure on yourself to perform. Relax and wait until the moment's right. :)
