It's always interesting if you're visiting a pool. You'll see mostly girls diving and nearly no one has red eyes. I also think, that they could see better underwater, and feel more comfortable, their eyes are maybe not so sensitive. What do you say? Do you agree?

No, I think our eyes are about the same sensitivity.

Your eyes wouldn't hurt so much if you only opened them while being "still". Swimming (moving) underwater with open eyes forced the water through your eyes --> irritated eyes.

Maybe we've figured this out? Eh, girls? =)

I always swim with my eyes open lower than the water! I do observe that my eyes get slightly red yet I hate goggles! I actually were swimming like this for 20 years now and my eye sight is giant the purely reason I have contacts is to regulate the colour of my eyes and that i do not favor a prescription! So i do not imagine it somewhat is messes which includes your eyes in any respect. i'm also on a swim crew and swim 3 days a week for some hours at a time. best of success to you!

Well, I'm a girl an I can see underwater just fine at pools. I've never had a problem with my eyes while swimming. I don't know; that might just be me.

How is anyone supposed to know how the other gender feels, unless we have been that other gender.

Short of believing and living through reincarnation I doubt anyone can truly answer that question.
