Because the general public allow him to be.
America allowed him to cheat his way into office. Al Gore had more votes but George decided not to count votes from minorities he did not like.
Al Gore proved he was the better man by not causing a fuss in front of the worlds eyes & stepping up to congratulate Bush.

Bush is not crazy, he does not seem any different than any other president. I feel for him because he came in office at the worst possible time, which was right after Clinton's and 911. And I am positive that Kerry could do no better. Kerry should count his lucky stars that he did not win. Instead of putting down the president George Bush we should pray for him, everyone could use prayers instead of bashing. And this world was way messed up before bush came in plus alot of this is written in Revalations.

Because the media has made it that way and people are buying it. You must judge the man for yourself instead of believing every word on the news like it's the bible. Bush has done good things and bad things during his administration but it's always the bad stuff being shown to the public. Do some real research online and you'll probably see something that's surprising.
anyone else bad mouthing our pres on this that aren't American could go mind their own business! =P

George W. was the son of a president years ago. His father was a fairly wise man, but spoiled his son. G W never had to do much, never had to learn much, never had to try... It was all in his lap.. It's why he drank, and if he did drugs..that's why as well. In his own mind, I'm convinced that he means well, believe it or not. But he's human, and we're all prone to let our feelings or emotions get the better of us. Even the bush haters. I don't hate the guy. I don't believe in any conspiracies, but it's possible things happened that he didn't have a clue on. I don't believe he's guilty of murder of U.S. citizens, but possibly guilty of not being so bright.... I admire the guy for trying, I'll give him that, but to be the leader of one of the most powerful countries in the world, we do need someone stronger and smarter.

ATTENTION AMERICANS. According to doctors George Bush is suffering from something called presenile dementia. For the past ten years he has actually been losing his mind.

They suspect that years of cocaine and alcohol abuse has damaged his mind. That's why when George Bush said that the reason he wanted to go into Iraq was "because I talk to god, and he told me to invade Iraq".

I thought he was full of crap, trying to find ways to justify such a bone head decision. But I found out that Bush with this mental condition probable thought he was talking to god. In his own mind he heard voices and probable wasn't full of crap after all.

If you don't believe me here is the proof http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/video1019.htm

This is no joke folks!!!!!!

well, i think modern americans loose interest in their president after a term or so. its just a thing we do. pretty soon, since nobodies perfect, the president will make a mistake, and everybody will harp on him about it, and then they'll become so wraped up in making it a game, watching him get upset when people pick on him, that they find the littlest things to pick on him about, pretty soon, everybody automatically changes their opinion about him, the people that thought he was the smartest guy, suddenly think he's an absolute moron. if we got a woman to be president, they might treat a woman differently, but since its never happened, i guess we wont know until it happens.

I don't think he's crazy.

I call him the smirking idiot. He is the beast predicted in Revelation - the hand puppet for Rove and Cheney.

Those two are not crazy either what they are is evil incarnate. Bush, Cheney, Rove and Rice are children of Satan!

He isn't crazy; he's just reeeaally stupid. He makes the most uneducated and worst thought out decisions and when he makes speaches he's inarticulate and he has the tendency to make himself and America look bad in 5 minutes or less.
