Free will is technically universal - anyone can do anything anytime. It is the fear (or reality) of consequences that keep people from doing as they please. In the case of stealing, let's assume you knew you wouldn't be caught. Many would elect not to steal nonetheless, because the consequence would be internal strife and guilt. But that doesn't mean it's not possible. Stealing is an option.

Stealing Options? How about Giving?
Think that amoral/moral question over before someone gets in more trouble.
Steal sure go ahead but don't do the crime if your not willing to to do the time.

It's an option but not a good one, but a good question. If it is from a drug dealer or similarly criminal person they will harm you if they catch you, if from someone who you think deserves it but not a criminal, then they will set the law against you.

Of course it is an option; however, you must suffer any consequences related to your action. Killing myself is an option, but I choose not to.
