how much of the technologies you see in James Bond is actually used by real spies? or is it just for movies.

some of the stuff in the movies is real, like the tiny bombs tiny cameras and such are real though, i believe a spy wouldn't use so many gadgets as there greatest asset is there mind and body. saying that some of the more absurd gadgets used in the films could become a reality, for example if you've seen 'Die another Day' you may remember the Aston martin that could become 'invisible' using mirrors. i remember seeing an article at the time saying this is as odd as it seems one of the more realistic of bonds gadgets. as with appropriately placed mirrors it is possible to make something appear 'invisible' so in answer to your question, more gadgets in the movies is fact rather than fiction. hope this helps

I think like with NASA technology what we see there is usally brought to the masses
So yes James Bond stuff is used by real spied. Look at small cameras and etc.
