If you don't want to tell her then don't but it would be the first man I've heard of that doesn't want to wine like a baby and get special treatment.
I certainly don't talk about every little thing wrong with me. My significant other can see that I am in pain sometimes but I don't want to bother him with it. Yet he keeps complaining about things like his back hurting and wanting me to massage it, even though my elbow is killing me (tendonitis) and I wear a brace.

Why bother? The wife is usually the one that GIVES him diarrhea (and a multitude of other ailments he never had before he was married).

Diarrhea is really a don't ask don't tell situation. That's on a need to know basis, and she does not need to know that!

They sleep together, eat together, breath the same air, eat (nearly) the same food. If there is a chance that they can control the speading of a viral infection then yes.

Your wife should understand if you don't want to talk about bodily functions. If this is an issue between you two, she is in the wrong.

Well my hubby does when I ask him, if i can tell something is wrong. But for normal stuff he always tells me. He knows I would worry, so he tells...
