it a tattoo is really what you want. I am 35 years old, i have 2 children a 13 year old and a 10 year old. My daughter and son are totally against it. My son told me the other night i could get one when he moved out of the house. My daughter just turns her nose up. I did not want them when i was growing up, i have just recently in the past couple of years wanted one. I do have a fear of if i get one i will want another one. I saw one today on the ankle of a girl with 2 little hearts i thought that was cute. Oh well, I don't want my children to look down on me and i am afraid that is what will happen if i get one so wish me luck.

Yes, I'm not sure where you can aquire some, but I know that they exist. (for instance, the main character of Prison Break had tattoos, but the actor in real life didn't have them. Hollywood uses them all the time)
