SOON! Pantyhose manufacturers and banking on cracking the men's market and we aren't talking about a few gays! Since Pro ball and NBA players have made pantyhose popular due to the support they give (Extra stamina, better blood circulation, no cramps, prevents varicose veins, etc) they are rapidly becoming UNISEX right now! Guys who aren't worried about their sexual orientation can take the razz from the clueless because they know the benefits of Light Graduated Compression Pantyhose. (See Sources below).
Strangely enough women largely haven't discovered this and complain. This is probably due to buying cheap pantyhose that doesn't fit correctly, poor choice of materials, and bad designs. They need to experiment and try Pantyhose with a high Lycra content and the right blend of materials for the right feel and fit.
Sooo.... the answer to your question is YES. Whenever (Everyone) discovers the benefits they will ALL be wearing pantyhose!

No, only old ladies and cross dressers. Actually serious cross dressers wear stockings and garter belts, more than pantyhose. I see them advertised on the web sites where I by my stockings. They call them Tall Girl, or XXXL, of Divas.
Most women prefer thi highs and stockings now. Even the heavy women have found a girdle or waist cinch and stockings is way more sexy than pantyhose. They also found out they can please their man, without having to take everything off, and show their less than perfect bodies.

Hmmmm , In winter I love sexy looking panty hose, its just a matter of taste I guess but in summer I love the bare tanned leg with sandals.

that is why i love being tan..
i think that a girl should be proud of her legs..
