how can a file from computer harddisk can be transformed to cd?

I think that transforming a file to a cd is not possible. If you want to transfer a file, normally just copy the file and then paste it in the window that opens after clicking on the icon for your cd burner that has a blank disk inside. Then click "write files to CD".

If you have a CD burner and software...you just drag and drop it from the hard drive file list to the CD copy area. Create it as a Data CD. If you've never copied anything to a CD, you have to read the instructions that came with your software.
