You Can play board games or cards, Take a walk when the weather is nice. There is a lot to do even when you don't have a car.
Or maybe they like to cook , cook some desserts or meals.

watch a movie, or tv show. Just talk - catch up on what's been going on, cook a meal and sit and have a nice dinner.
