I would like to rent a car in Australia. I am used to driving in the US. What is the best way to get oriented to drive on the other side of the road?

Go out in the country and practice. It's what I do :D It's fun! Just make sure that if there's another car coming, you can get out of it.

Look right, stay left. (honest)
Can't do much practical driving here unless you car-jack a postal truck but if you just say 'look right, stay left' in your head the whole time you drive down-under you should be OK.
