First, go online, and Google Exeter, CA. Nearly every city in the US has a homepage with info and links. You will likely find a link to the local paper there along with links to real estate agents etc. Also, if you are planning to buy a house there, call one of the realtors, you will find them quite helpful, but only if they think they will get to sell you a house.

Check with the Exeter,CA, Chamber of Commerce, city government, realty companies, Visitor's Bureau, and any other organization that might be interested in giving you information about the town.

exeter is near visalia ca. they have very good schools and there is allot of industry in visalia and goshen which is next to visilia. housing is not to expensive in visalia but they are cheaper in exeter as it is a smaller town. visalia is where you would do major shopping. visalia is also about 35 miles south of Fresno on fwy 99. this is in the central valley i hope you enjoy heat, today is 107 and tomorrow will be 110, but we grow the food that feeds 3/4 of the world.
