Lactose intolerance is very common in adults. Interestingly enough, being lactose intolerant is actually the "normal" state for human adults. Most mammals lose the ability to digest milk after they are weaned as infants. Most humans begin to lose the ability to digest lactose between the ages of 2 and 5. However, a genetic mutation on chromosome 2 has allowed some human adults to continue consuming dairy products without negative effect all throughout their lives (this mutation is usually found in most northern Europeans and their ancestors). So, being lactose intolerant is "normal" -- it's those of us who aren't that are the mutant freaks! :)

From what I hear, lactose intolerance happens when you haven't eaten or drinken any dairy products for a while. When you don't drink dairy products for a while your body loses its tolerance since it doesn't need it.Hope this answers you question =D

Your body changes as you age. I never had sinus problems when I was younger and when I hit 40 all of a sudden I have allergies and sinus problems. Go figure.

Have you recently taken any new prescription medications? If so, please research them and their side effects to see if your problem is included.
