It's horrible but it passes in two days. Valium can help, but you'll have to take very low doses, 5 mg every 6 hours, for two days, then every 12 hours, then one a day, then stop. If you don't do that with the valium, you'll have valium rebound headaches. Try and see if you can just be cold turkey two days for the oxycodeine. NO tylenol. Rebound headaches there too.

do not stop the oxycontin suddinly, taper down your dose and then that will not happen or go to your dr and get a perscription for subutex that also helps withdawl symptoms
