Well, first of all, give her lots of fluids, way more than 1 glass. Second, you really have to get health insurance, because if something is very wrong, you can't do anything, unless you pay a ton of money. But, no matter what, if you have a fever, go to the doctor's, especially when it's 104.2, she's coughing, and vomiting. There should be no hesitation.

Take her in at night when she is running the fever. 104 is very high, there is definately something wrong. She is only drinking 1 glass of fluid a day? She's probably dehydrated too. Take her to the ER, usually they can work something out with the bill, but her health is the most important thing.

A recurrent fever is a sign of a serious illness and must be attended to at once. She could have a strep infection and that could lead to rheumatic fever, if it hasn't already. And her lack of appetite and inadequate fluid intake and vomiting is quite worrisome indeed. It is an expense without health insurance, but she's your daughter and she has to be seen by a doctor at once.

No matter what amount of money it may cost...you need to take her to the doctor....money should never come before you're childs health, you don't deserve to be a parent if you do. Do you know that any temperature above 103 is dangerous, she can have seizures and high temps for a long period of time can cause brain damage. When you run a fever that means YOUR BODY IS TELLING YOU SOMETHING IS WRONG!

104.2 fever is very high. I would take her to a doctor, emergency room or clinic right away. Your daughters health is much more important, you can worry about the bill later. Best of luck to you.

first off she dehydrated, second take her to the ER, a fever that high is not good especially over time and if it spikes all of the sudden it will cause her to have a ceasier. you don't have to pay an ER bill all at once, don't put money before you daughters health hun, get her to the ER.

She needs care NOW.
Fevers that high are not normal and she could have serious damage to her systems if it is not fixed soon. Regardless of the insurance, she needs care. Don't waste time.
