Sometimes acne products are very harsh and make the acne worse! I switched to fragrance free cleansers. Also a salicylic acid treatment used once a day is helpful and a retinol treatment at night is good for skin cell renewal to keep pores cleaner and less likely to get blocked. All fragrance free because that can be a main instigator. One thing I used that is not fragrance free but works great for acne on your chest or back is Pond's Purely Polished. It is a micro-dermabrasion kit intended for the face but works great on the tougher skin on the chest or back.

Ance? Yah' mean acne? Try Clinique. But it depends on what kind of skin she has and how bad is it. Go to a dermatologist.
