i get $360 a month in cash and have 2 kids. ages 2 and 9 months. what would u buy for the kids every month?

Food, clothing, diapers, and maybe a trip to the zoo once a month. If that's the ONLY income you have, you should look into WIC to help with the food, and you should DEFINATLY work out a strict budget, so that you can stretch your dollars as far as possible when you do need to use them. Take advantage of sale prices, coupons, freebies, etc.

If you have basic needs covered, the best possible thing you could buy for them would be investments in their future. A college savings plan would be the best start.

Find a friend or someone willing to barter childcare and find a job.. I have a nine month old and I work from home. It's not easy, but you do what you have to for your kids.
