Most cleaning products can damage the composting
activity of a septic tank. But my septic people tell me
you can flush a package of yeast occasionally and the
bacterial action of it will work on keeping your septic
tank healthy.
And trust me when I say keep it healthy and have it
pumped every three to five years or your drain field
can solidify (ours did ) and a new drain field was$1300.00.
So treat your septic and drainfield with loving care.

try cleaning with vinegar or lemon
