Adding a little baking soda to your body wash on a wet washcloth will do a great job of exfoliating dry, scaly skin. Follow up with a moisturizer. I like fragrance free lotions because I have sensitive skin. Shower or bathe in warm water instead of hot water and your skin will not dry out as badly.

Moisturize! Try lotions heavy in cocoa butter or shea butter. Also, try milk products for the skin.

moisturize and more moisturizer....
PS: Drink a lot of water every day....it hydrates you, thus your skin. Vaseline is a petrolium based product and not good for the skin.....get a water based product or Shea Butters.
