he meet many people like you, it is not easy to remember all the cases. if he is your family layer OR doctor he maintain records of you and simply retrive the information. Don't get frustrated over this , this is not unusual

sounds like a bad thing to me. i was enlisted in the army and in the navy and would never dream of telling one of those **** for brained folks my whole story.
