were door knockers that when i noticed 2 empty water bottles get thrown out the window before they drove off any how later that day iwas at work and my wife told me the same mini van pulled up and 1 of them knocked and introduced themselves as so and so from planet arc shoud i report them or just let it go

The time to report an occurrence of absolutely no significance like this would have been when it occurred. Do not bore your local police department hours/days after the occurrence. There is absolutely nothing they can do about it now.

The time to have responded was the moment it occurred. Your wife should have called 911 immediately. They are probably back to their planet arc by now so what's the use?
