Ok.. Now that I answered your other question and read this one, I have more info for you. If you were a month and a half along, there should have been a gestational sac, and a corpus lutium on your ovary. If there was neither, then more then likely you miscarried. As I stated before, in my answer to your last question, it may take a few months before you have a period after a miscarriage. Some women have one right away, some don't. It all just depends on your body.

I would suggest that you call your doctor if you have concerns and I wouldn't be thinking about getting pregnant again for at least 3 months. Your body needs time to heal and get back to normal.

Again, I'm sorry for your loss. I have also had miscarriages and they aren't easy to go through. Call your doctor and get checked out if you are that worried. Best of luck to you!!

bob b is wrong I have been pregnant 8 times suffered 7 misacrriages and have one beautiful son. Sonograms can be done earlier than 4 months, they have vaginal sonograms which can be done as early as a 1.5 mos. they should have done a blood test which would show your hormone levels, and then another a few days later to see if the levels were getting lower or higher.

After a miscarriage, it is possible for your body to be a little messed up.... you WERE pregnant after all. However, you should be exceedingly careful for the next few months to not repeat this (if this was an unplanned pregnancy especially), because your body might need some time to heal and re-regulate. Take a EPT/home test and see a regular OB/GYN as soon as you're able.

Then your not pregnant, all babies have hearts and if the ultrasound didn't show a heart then your not pregnant now if after the miscarrige you had sex again and your missing a period you could just be pregnant again it is very easy for women to get pregnant after a miscarrige and after child birth so get another check up just to be sure if you are pregnant you don't want to deprive your child of prenatal care it's very important to it's health and development good luck sweetie I really hope things go well for you

if you were a month and a half pregnant, you should have been at least able to see a sac or a fetal pole if you were pregnant. did they not do a blood test?? or ask you back for a follow up. without more info, like how long you bled, if it was around the time of your period etc, it's really hard to be able to help.
