Switzerland. It is the world's richest country. No wars and international headquarters are all located in the hearts of Zurich Geneva and Bern. Also the Alps and beautiful lakes. It has Italian, German, and French all as the languages. Best banks like Credit Suisse and companies like Rolex operate from their. It is in the heart of Europe. It is small, with beautiful riches. It is the home to FIFA, NATO and parts of the EU. Tolerant people. No wars so your assets are always safe.

I don't think you will have a lot of choice in Europe anymore.
Some countries do not just take in "new business". Forget of beautiful Scandinavia to start with. They make it on their own just fine.
Spain my home is overflowing with businesses. Europe has a very tight opportunity for business attitude. Its not like in the US where each State has a web page of why you can invest in their state and that you should.
Have you seen the statistics of Islam in each European country? Check before you travel to settle yr business. Germany, Italy, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, France, Denmark, Sweden, and many more have thousands of thousands by the hundreds in some countries of Islamic refugees and other. Not safe .
In fact if you add all the Euroope's Islamic people it may shock you that there ismore Islam than non Islamic ppl. And Russia has almost 20million Muslims! where is yr mouth now?
Europe is not wehre you want to open a business my friend, Im sorry to say.
Yr opportunities lay in Latin America avoiding countries like Venezuela, Colombia, Bolivia and Brazil. Yes you have MEXICO the much hated country by some people on yahoo posts. Its close to you, it has very cheap labor, people are good also, in Mexico and they are faithful to their employers as pure gold. You can get away with a lot in Mexico in terms of legalities skipped unlike here in America. THAT IS TO START YR BUSINESS its got its red tape but you can make a lot of money too and for a lot less than trying to think of setting a business in europe or america.THERE IS A LOT OF VERY SKILLED PEOPLE IN MEXICO BUT YOU HAVE TO FIND THEM AND HAVE A HAND WITH INDIAN LABOR OR MESTIZO KNOWLEDGE. All in all if Americans really went to Mexico's coolest places and realized what people are really like in their culture etc there woiuld not be the hatred against them that many have taken it to oathe nearly today.
South America I'd say Uruguay, many good skins! AS in leather goods.
But its as far south as you can get and so shipping would be too much.
