When a women is pregnant and looses the baby- miscarriage- it can still take a while for the body to get back into shape. They may not have a period for a few months. The hormones are still present in the blood stream and need time to flush themselves out of the system. Only your doctor can tell you if you are still pregnant, but more then likely it is just your body trying to get back to normal.

I'm sorry for your loss!!

Yes you can still be pregnant. A lot of women have a light period or spotting in the early months. A few have a period the whole time. If you had a heavy period it is unlikely, but the best person to answer this question is your doctor.

If you had a miscarriage, it can also take a month or two for your system to go back to normal so your period could just be late, or if you're still having unprotected sex, you could be pregnant again (not a good thing because your body needs a few months to rest between pregnancies).

How pregnant were you??? Unless the bleeding was around the time of your period (could have been a chemical, no medical attention necessary for them) then you should have went to the doctor for the miscarriage. If you were further than say 4 or 5 weeks pregnant, and didn't fully miscarry on your own, that may cause you to have problems if future pregnancies...

Its possible to bleed during the first few months of pregnancy (about 40% of all women do). The best thing you can do at this point is get a pregnancy test done - either a home type or go to the doc. They can also visually determine in most instances whether you're pregnant or not (looking at your cervix and/or doing a palpitation/pressure exam of your lower abdomen). Whether or not this is a wanted pregnancy, proper, quick and affirmative action is in order.

You thought you had a miscarriage last month?
Have you ever heard of something called a Doctor? You thought you had a miscarriage and you didn't see a Doctor? I can only pray you are not pregnant if only for the sake of the gene pool.

Yes u could still be pregnat some women spot durning there first trimester but if u want to be sure just go to your doctor and have a beta sub quanatative blood test done. It will tell you if you are pregnat and how many weeks you and it will also tell if your not pregnat and you indeed had a miscarriage.

Honey, get yourself to a doctor - why are you asking such a question on Yahoo? Is this for real? Of course you can bleed and still be pregnant.

1. Were you really pregnant or did you miss a period and think you were pregnant? (Did you take a test, have an ultrasound or otherwise get it confirmed)

2. Why are you asking on here and not seeing your doctor?

if you had a misscarriage you should have gone to the doctor, you need to see one ASAP, you can get an infection or worse if everything was not expelled, and you could possibly still be pregnant if a misscarriage wasn't confirmed by a Doc.
