I always feel like my friends dont notice me. Is it true? Maybe thats why i cant have a relationship yet.?

I'm sure they do notice you, but your feelings are real to you.
Try talking to your friends about this. If they are real friends they will be sensitive ti your feelings. as far as relationships, It depends; Maybe you are a high maintenance person, Like me. It takes a little bit more attention from your partner than most to feel wanted or accepted.

Actually, your friends aren't the reason why you can't have a boy friend, unless your parents have forbidden you to have one. I think you probably need to stand up for yourself, once you start showing some assertiveness... boys will notice you as well as your friends,
