As far as women in the bathroom there are some things you just don't want to know, and if we wanted you to know we would invite you in.
Don't worry about it, whatever it is, and it could be many things, I have seen some strange things in bathrooms, we go to the bathroom for privacy. Please respect that.
And if I come out and am very drunk there will be one lucky bear......

Probably, inserting a diaphragm(contraceptive device),
Taking out a tampon or cleaning themself for a freas clean scent.
Sometimes women have to pee before hand so they don't accidently pee on YOU, during sex.
Sometimes women lubricate their vaginal canal with a gel, for more slippery sex.
Sometimes they check their hair, to make sure it looks sexy.
Sometimes, they take off their lipstick.

makeing sure eberything is clean and smells ok not to wet so the guy gets grossed out and besically checking them self out if they look hot enough for the guy
