I didn't understand that whole stupid movie!

basically she killed herself and kevin spacey took the fall. This was suppose to show the problems with the death penalty, which they often protested against. They killed an innocent man or that's what the movie was driving at.

what didn't you get!!! they were out to prove that an innocent man could and does die on death row.. she killed herself. it was all on video and Kate Winslett was too late to save him...but both Kevin spacey and the other guy knew.. looking at more of the video you see Kevin Spacey.. Kate Winslett did not see all the video, so is he guilty of murder or guilty of accessory to murder or neither.... was he there during or after the murder???
