its a urinary infection and it is not necessarily an std!
urinary infections can occur in the absence of any sex activity
see a doctor as it can get worse and go up to the kidnesy if not treated

either you are holding your bladder for too long, have an infection from either your sex partner or an infection from your own self. You can either go to the doctor or it will eventually cure itself up.

urinary trac infection or worse if it last more than 3 days see a doctor,dont blow this off if it gets worse call the doc.

It could be a UTI or STD. It could also be that you're passing renal stones which irritated your urethra.
