Whether you are a republican or a democrat you cant deny this:
Bush's Speach last night had alot of stuttering. Mispronouncing of basic english Grammar. Smirks , and he seemed very clueless.
I believe he was drunk or his intelligence level was on par with a roof shingle.
What is his deal , and Why was he speaking as if he was no more than 2nd grade educated?

hello, he is not a bright penny to begin with. he already did enough brain damage from past drug use. he always butchers the english language, that is the shrub for you. dont set the bar so high for the poor man, he thinks he gets messages from god.

He seems to be getting worse everyday. He's always looking up at the ceiling like the answers to the questions are up there. That lost, "i wish I knew the answer" look on his face. It's completely embarrassing to have him representing the country, when its all he can do to put a coherent sentence together, never mind give an answer that requires any reasoned thought.
I think he's either back on the bottle or suffering from some kind of mental disorder (besides the one he's always had). At least that would make it less freightning.

There's an interesting video on youtube on the subject. It shows bush 10 years ago and now.
It's really appalling how much of his cognitive capabilities he has lost. Believe it or not at some point he could handle a conversation. I truly believe he is mentally sick (in the first sense, not as an insult).
Actually he reminds me of my grandfather when he was 80. But at least... he was actually drunk.

I'm shocked that you haven't notice, how uneducated he is. He is the dumbest president since nixon. It's a shame that he represents this country. We all have to seem very dumb to the rest of the world because of this. Even if he was a democrat I would say the same thing. I don't like the fact he is representing us to the rest of the world.
