Poly tanks are solid, they do no longer rust, and that they are versatile. even nonetheless over the years they're going to crack and leak. I certainly have a poly gasoline cellular in my YJ and after 4 years it cracked approximately 8 inches long and a million inch extensive. It became into basically from the nice and comfortable summers and chilly winters. It became into an RCI basically FYI. So i might circulate with a steel tank. it ought to rust even nonetheless it is going to take longer to rust than you very own the jeep.
