What does it mean if you are a white person but you are black inside or the other way around?

Or someone said that they are white all the way inside? What does that mean?? Is that one person's thinking, feeling, culture or psychology?? Do most people have that kind of psychology or what?

What does being black inside or white inside means?? Is this common?

How do you know if you are white or black, etc inside. What defines that?? What does it mean by if you talk like a black and so forth?

What a person means by that is you look like one culture but act like another. Imagine the confusion w/ me. I look like a white dude, talk like a black, and think like a mexican. You can just imagine what they say about me.

There is nothing called white or black inside. Some people have made it out to be good and bad. If it is white it is good and if it is black it is bad. We are all the same color under our skin.
