J/k every three days is what I do I also vacuume my matress to get the dead skin cells out of it.

I change ours about every three days. Mine and hubby get fresh sheets on Monday and Thursday. Children on Tuesday and Fridays. This keeps allergies at bay and dust mites closer to none existent.

Every weekend. I use HOT water to get rid of all the Dust and Allergens that collect in my sheets.
