If you're legally separated from your spouse and approaching divorce...is it okay to have a "physical" relationship with someone else?

we've stopped being physical a long time ago..I'm tired of breaking "toys"...and my sex drive is like that of a 16 year old boy...

where are the EXPRESS DIVORCES when you need one???

I would wait...at least respect your marriage for what it was. Wait till it's over and then go out and hump!

That's a personal decision. However, you must remember until the divorce, you are legally married. Which means, your soon-to-be ex-spouse could use it against you in the settlement.

If you do not think you're going to reconcile then get on with life!!!

Just be careful about who you choose to get physical with because your emotions are already a bit bruised and you do not want to make things worse for yourself.

Personal experience wait till the divorce is over or keep it quiet.
