I have never heard of smartbuy-store but money transfer is generally a bad idea. Credit Cards and Paypal are much better, particularly disposable credit cards ( go to citicards.com, sign in, and click on outsmart the hackers and you will find these).
If you pay by credit cards online make sure your credit company offers a no-hassles plan in case your number is stolen which offers you complete protection from undue payments made by others(very likely on small websites).
Paypal has a safer server than most small stores which will keep your information away from hackers (ie. bank account numbers/ real nondisposible credit cards).Paypal also warranties that your not responsible if credit card information is stolen from their website and used against your will (they will pay everything)

That's the only way I can do it. Some will accept them and others won't,due to WU doesn't have insurance and people are scanning the money orders.
