Im hearing all this commotion about the PNAC, can anyone explain what it is and if its good/bad for the nation . ?

The short version is that this project basically says that the US should increase it's military spending and use its army more actively in order to sustain american power (economic, political). The war in iraq itself is a direct result from this theory.
On the whole this is a very arrogant theory and pretty much unsustainable in real life. Using the military only increases ressent against the U.S. and costs so much money that you could litterally have "bought" the attacked countries instead.
A very disturbing point in this document is the call for a 'Pearl Harbor'-like event that would turn people's head into following the government in any conflict required to maintain it's power. Obviously, this has led to many conspiracy theories about 9.11. While conspiracy theories are usually the job of delusional people there is little doubt that 9.11 was indeed the event they hoped for in order to apply the PNAC in practice. Afghanistan and Iraq are only a start. If iraq hadn't turned out so bad we'd probably already be a step further today (iran obviously).

I can able to explain this to you properly that my project for a new American century is that every American citizen can able to agree upon a new solution involving foreign diplomacy to other nations such as Iran, Syria, Egypt, Israel, and Lebanon about the mutual agreement upon the certain strategy which may concern the general public. And that strategy is about working together and solving a problem about America's dependency upon foreign oil.
