I don't think the league wants three teams in SoCal. They would like them to stay in Portland, and I hope they do stay, get rid of the jerk players that have killed the teams image (please, get rid of Miles), and work to rebuild into a competitive team.
Portland fans have to be most long suffering fans in the NBA, and they deserve a better team. At least one that isn't know as the Jailblazers.

Keep an eye to the new guys. They can perform well. Specially the Spanish one. I swear. He's really spectacular. Your gonna enjoy him. Be sure.
