They wouldn't have to defend themselves if the would return the kidnapped soldiers whom they invaded Israel to take. Not to mention the Israeli citizens they killed in the process.
I have little sympathy for Lebanon.
Return the soldiers and it will all end.
All Israel wants is their people back.

It's not the Lebanese that Israel has the problem with mainly..it is Hezbollah. What if someone refused to recognize you based on your religion, told you to get off the land you lived on? Hezbollah is a terrorist organization. I'm not saying it is right what Israel has done...I don't know enough of the details to comment on that...but this situation has been brewing for a long time.

If the Lebanese would lay down their arms,quit sending missiles into Israel, and persuade Hess bola to return the captured Israeli soldiers there would be an end to this conflict.

What's really messed up is the Hezbollah, who is the government over there, kidnapping soldiers and murdering innocents in Israel simply because they don't like Jews. Oh, and the most messed up thing of all....that people, like you, think Israel is wrong and the aggressor. That's really, really, really messed up!
