Working with different types of people leads to more creative contributions, a small group is also more efficient than someone working alone. I believe I learn more and am more inspired when I am a part of something bigger than myself. The only draw-back I have experienced is that the possibility of getting off-task is higher when the group starts talking about non-project subjects.

You did say to feel free to make changes... which I did. The flow of your rough draft is chunky, you are using too many words to describe the same thing. Try instead to write down what you are talking about then what you want to say about that subject. I used "I" first person although it is better not to and using "you" unless you are talking about the readers, themselves, is not a good idea. In this case you did not need multiple paragraphs if you require more papragraphs then focus on how to regulate the small group so that it does not get off-task.
The fact is there is more than just this way to rewrite your paragraphs. The beauty of writing is that there is always another way to say it.
