go to tools menu >Internet Options
and in general tab select clear history and delete files(offline files)

Seems like you have to erase the cache, but I don't remember how you do that. I think the history is always in your computer if the right person has access and knows how to find it, even if you delete files and clear history. Computer geeks could.

It depends because not every sign in name works the same way. You can either go to tools and click on the internet options and hit clear the history button...or you can go to the browser settings on the tool button and clear it that way

Right click on the IE icon and select properties. On the first tab there, you will find option for clearing history, cookies and temp internet files.
