NO it doesn't make me mad because it does have a use. Like when people know the obvious but want to ask a stupid question.
EX: Are there 12 months in a year?( assuming that this person is well aware of this) You would be like yes there is...Duh who doesn't know that? This isn't a good question but you get my drift.
There's another way to say that word but I don't hear it anymore
The word is Doi. I don't know if that is how you spell it.

it means "how stupid" it originated in a christian school where you couldnt say how stupid or your so dumb etc. so they started saying duh. duh is what special educated people where supposed to say so it is also an insult.
