why am i keep being hacked?

i must of been hacked several times from few accounts i keep seprate from my oringal one, n just recently got a pm from someone from an yahoo id, i use to sign in, saying u got a gay password, n they had the password right even had it typed in the pm.why is this keep happening? i do have a firewall, n i do got zone alarm, which i think, it sucks, excuse my term, i just need to know why i keep being hacked, n what i can do, to prevent if fromhappening again n nevery now n then, i get a peer to peer on my computer, i called my internet visor about it he sayed it shudnt even be connected like that but had no asnwers for me at all..hope someone can help, id apreicate it, i am tired of keep changing my password...ps, never gave my password out to noone thank u

First thing you need to do is download the free home version of Adaware http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/
install adaware then update it. run full system scan.

Never respond to an IM on yahoo unless you know the person.
When you respond, the "hacker" gets your ip address and knows you are online.

Also make sure you have an updated virus scanner.
I recommend Avast. http://www.avast.com/
Download the free home version and set it to download updates automatically as it will update just about every day.
