now their face is messed up and she has to go to court but the girls jumped her first over a stupid boy. she was just defending herself i was out of town when it happened do i would have helped her but the girls arent getting in any trouble what should we do????

Lets see if I can explain this to you, First, fighting the girls in self defense is not the problem, but the instant she threw the bleach it became excessive force, since no type of weapon was used on her. She threw it knowing very well that,that was going to do some major bodily harm. The bottom line is shes in some serious trouble, but now is the time to do some plea bargaining with the DAs office and see what can be worked out to receive the easiest punishment the courts will allow. Also get ready to be sued by those girls for damages and medical bills. Your sister is about to pay a hefty price for her actions, sorry and good luck

Be calm and rational. Judges like to see that in people. Explain what happened, see if you can get any whitnesses that can prove that story.
See if you can find a crack in the girl's story or see if you can admit that they harrassed her.
And get a dam good lawyer =)

She's a criminal now. I hope she goes to jail. Anyone who throws bleach onto another persons face is pretty much crazy and shouldn't be allowed to be around other people.

You have to have some faith and get a good lawyer. Your sister was just practicing self defense, she can't be charged for that.
