Well first of all, to lose weight, you need to watch your nutrition and you have to exercise. A good time to exercise would be in the morning when you just woke up, before breakfast. You could do cardio, yoga, pilate, anything active and hopefully you like. Running, swimming, cycling, all those are ideas. It would be great if you could join a sports team at school. Martial Arts (Karate, Tae Kwon Do) would be great too. Anyways, the number of calories that you burn must always be more than the amoung of calories you eat. But don't starve yourself though, that'll just get you fatter. You should at least eat 1000calories each day and the healthy way to diet would be losing 2 pounds each week. Also, doing pushups and those stuff won't work because they only build muscles below you fat. If you burn all those fat off (if you have any that is) then you will see you pack...Good luck!

The main thing that has helped me lose weight the quickest is stop drinking soda/sugary drinks, and working out twice a day. Some people think that working out twice daily is unhealthy but as long as you don't overdo it during those times and drink plenty of water it's fine. And of course there's the old stay away from fattening foods but that's a given. I think it's really psychological, if you feel good about what you're putting into your body, you will like what you see on the outside. And feeling good about yourself and what you are able to accomplish personally is the biggest factor in losing weight and keeping it off successfully.

Depending on your body type, also depends on what to eat or not eat for a healthy weight. We live in a society now where no matter what the case, we all want results immediately. That's always a concern when anyone wants to lose weight quickly because one's health is at risk if not done with caution and taking into consideration that losing weight in a healthy manner will take a little time.

I lost 60 lbs. over the course of 4 months by dropping not only foods I was allergic to, but those that just kept the weight on.

I cut out noodles, potatoes, rice and almost all breads. I now only eat 100% Rye. I stopped drinking cow's milk, cheese and sugar as well. I started eating Oatmeal and Corn and/or Rice cereals with things like bananas & berries in them. I no longer drink sodas, or anything with high fructose corn syrup and especially anythng with partially hydrogenated oils. Trans fatties are lethal and high fructose corn syrup prevents you from burning fat.

I Began eating more fruits and veggies. Especially salads. I LOVE SALADS!! I found that eating raw veggies for a snack, or apples with peanut butter filled me up as much, if not more, than eating sandwhiches filled with mayo and such, yet I didn't get bogged down and it gave me more energy.

Also, when I changed my diet and did the 5 small meals a day plan.

~FOR A QUICK BUT HEALTHY WEIGHT LOSS. . .
Try juicing. Juicing is so healthy. You are getting virtually all of the nutrients in the food - as well as the fiber- and therefore will not have such an impact on blood sugar levels. Sometimes people use juicing as an aid in fasting because of it's healthy benifits to nurish the body while executing their goal in either weight loss, detoxing or for spiritual reasons.

~If you're juicing for the first time, don't just juice.
Have a fruit smoothie in the morning that fills you up. For a mid to late morning snack, try to munch on something like some nuts and yogurt. You've got to have protien and things like nuts are a healthy way as opposed to meats which not only bog you down due to a longer digestion process, but can be more fattening. For lunch try a veggie juice drink or have a salad. Later, if you ate a salad instead of a juiced drink, then have the juiced drink and/or another small snack. Then end the day with a small meal. If you're going to have meat, make sure it's no larger than the size of your fist and it's not laden with grease.

Educating yourself is key into a healthy diet.
No matter what, always DRINK PLENTY OF WATER

Good luck and Take care

You don't really want to lose it quickly. The best way is to stay hydrated, choose only healthy carbs, and get enough protien to build muscle. The more muscle, the more fat will burn every time you even move. So don't really think of it as losing weight. Just keep your food choices to what is necessary to build muscle and keep you energized. Lots of water. And eating raw veggies helps a lot too. The kind that cost more calories to burn than they provide.

Baggy clothes hide your body and encourage lounging around. So even if you're relaxing at home, wear fitted clothes to hold you on track.
