before the 18th of january.... no its highly unlikely...usually you are able to conceive about 15 days after your period...

There is no way any of us can possibly know this! You are most fertile around the middle of you cycle (about 2 weeks before your period is due) but you can become pregnant at any time of the month. Before, during or after your period!

Normally 13 to 15 days from the first day of your period you are the most fertile. But thats not written in stone. (just a guide line)
