Seriously, now... to monitor 300 million Americans would take the resources of a multi-trillion-dollar organization with perhaps 10 million employees, and that's only if they ignored all other countries. The CIA doesn't have nearly that much money -- heck, the whole intelligence community probably has about $40 billion or so in funding.
Look, I hate the idea of the NSA and CIA looking into Americans' lives (that's not their job, the FBI and police are here for that when it's needed, with a warrent of course), but the accusation you make is crazy.

to spy on every body would be impossible. You liberals say your so smart. If the average person communicates 12 hours a day and the average government workers work 8 hours a day. How could they spy on everyone? How many analyst would they need.
