It's a Saddleback caterpillar.
Not fun to touch though... some of the ends of those points are sharp and barbed. That's their defense mechanism against birds and other predators.

I've seen some strange creatures, but this one is too much. However, I also think it looks far too big (I'm comparing it to the lamp post in the video) to be a catepillar or to even be real. It moves really strangely. No, I'm going to have to say this is a hoax, that is until I hear differently.
