Put it to you straight... No you can't... It will seem easy at first but the longer it goes on the more it starts to get to you. The more you resent your wife for some reason... You add another person into the equation causing you more stress. Then the hurt and pain you cause if she finds out... Bottom line tell your wife what your feeling. This hurt is allot less for her then the other.. Then again she may suprise you... Show her some respect... Good luck

Ask your wife to see her doctor. She is having hormonal changes due to menopause. It's not a reflection on you or her.

She can have a simple blood test called a hormone panel which will show if she's low in testosterone. In females, this hormone level drops when a woman enters perimenopause, (around age 30 and most definitely in her 40's to 50's).

Also, if she is hormone supplement shy for whatever reason, there are several female "Viagra" treatments she can buy over-the-counter.

Have you tried also special dates, "romancing" her and making her feel like she's beautiful and special? That's a great aphrodisiac also.

Good Luck!

There are no right answers here. You must be true to yourself. However if you come here (or anywhere for that matter) to ask permission, you are on the wrong track. No one can give you permission. Only you can know what is best for you.

So, make your best, you highest choice and you will find that you will be happy with the result.

But remember this. If you are having second and third thoughts about your decision, then maybe there is a reason.

Your wife probably still likes sex, she just is not too crazy about you. What is her reason for dissatisfaction? She may have told you, but if you were not listening she has found a way to get you to notice her- albeit negatively. You need to see if there is anything you can do to work out the disagreement. If you can it is likely your sex life will improve. If not, and you still want to persue other women, then you will need to seriously consider divorce.

Talk to your wife and explain how you feel. You might benefit from counseling. If she's open to trying to fix the issue, try new methods to spice up the bedroom. There are plenty of books to suggest romantic locations and methods to improve sex.

it is best to work on your marriage. There are medications and lubercients that can help you r wife get her sexual interest back.
ask your doctor.

An affair will set you up for trouble, besides what heppened to the commitment you made to our wife.?

Sorry, but if you love your wife why in the hell would you want to step out on her?! For 45 you seem very immature.
