We knew each other from, 2nd or 1st grade can't remember. in the 4th and 5h grade, we never talked. then one day in the 6th grade, she came up to me and started talking to me. so then we started talking and then we got in many many many fights and we didn't talk. so i made some new friends. then i figured we weren't friends anymore since we hadn't spoken to each other in 3 weeks. besides we weren't very good friends anyways. she takes advantage of me and she uses me to get her guys by telling them what i like and they end up happily ever after even if i like him. now she is super mad because i've made more friends. I can't understand her! now she says i have to apologize because she doesn't like my new friends cuz i get along with them. is it my fault or should she apologize? also, my best friend is coming back from china after a 3 year trip. my friend says that she wants to make friends with her. but i don't think its a good idea. what should i do?

she's not a very good friend so i think you should stay away from her as much as possible.
w/ your friend comming back from china, tell her about your bad friend so she knows wat's up.

To begin with: in any kind of relationship, be it friendship or lovers, does it take 2 to make it or break it. Therefore, I would advise you first to look at how you contributed to the fact that you and your friend fight a lot before you put the sole blame on her.
Secondly, in a friendship there has to be common ground. So what is the common ground with you and her? What things do you both like? What common things do you both dislike. What activities do you both like? If there is no common ground then I would say eliminate the friendship.
Third of all, no one is obligated to have people around them whom they don't want around. You are not obligated to nothing, neither is she. If you and her don't get along and just know each other from school, that is not enough basis for a good friendship. You have to like each other, and considering what you explained it looks to me like you do not like her.
I would say tell her that you decided not to continue the friendship without any accusations---that only builds resentments. You have friends, you seem to know how to make friends, and if she cannot make friends, that is her problem, not yours.
You know, we can contribute to an unpleasant situation by doing what we think the other expects and hurt them with that too. That's why I said look at it how you contributed to this situation rather than putting the blame...it might be better to be class mates than friends.....Good Luck

Remember that a friend does not make you feel bad. Sounds like that "friend" is a taker and user. You need to tell her how you fee and that she needs to change her ways. If she does not that means that your friend does not care as much for the friendship. If this is the case, forgive her and wish her well by saying good-bye.

I would not say sorry to her she sounds like she is a stuck up little person that should go to hell dont say nothing to her if she wanna tallk to you then fine and for ur best friend you spend tyme with her first ok

Spend time with true friends. Friends aren't evious because you have other friends. She doesn't feel secure about your friendship with her. Sit and talk. If it doesn't help, let go and move on.
